I don't usually do any Throw Back Thursday posts because all my old photos are still at my parents house, but I thought this would be a good one to do because I really feel like it says a lot about who I am.
High school wasn't that long ago really...7 years now.What, 7 years?! Oh my gosh, well that's weird.
Anyways, I was a Pom Pon girl. We're talking all 4 years of high school people, holding Co-Captain and Captain positions, and I loved every second of it. I didn't mind going to practice every day after school because I was with my best friends and I loved what I was doing.
One thing I really want to do before I'm too old, is coach a Pom Pon squad. I want to be a mentor to young women just like my coach was for me. I still look up to her and to this day feel like I could talk to her about anything. Coaching is a really special opportunity and it's something I would love to do in the near future.

Most of the time I still feel like I'm that same small town girl that was on the Pom Pon squad. I'm only slightly older and MUCH wiser. I can even still do some of the moves!!
Pom Pon is the thing I miss most about being in high school. Oh sweet, sweet memories...♥

Cute pictures! :) I wanted to do the whole cheerleading thing in highschool, but I moved from a small school to a HUGE school and got too intimidated by the other girls to even try out.
